As the Senior Pastor, Pat is responsible for the ministry of God’s Word, giving leadership to the Pastoral Staff, initiating direction for the church, and for the general spiritual condition of the entire church program. Pat works closely with the Senior Pastor Associate, Administrator, various staff members, and the Chairmen of the Boards for the implementation of the vision and the carrying out of daily ministry as well as working closely with the worship director in planning Sunday Morning Services. Pat is married to his lovely bride Kimberly and has 3 wonderful daughters, 3 awesome sons-in-law, and 7 delightful grandchildren!
