Empowering
Families

At Moraine Valley Church, we believe that a healthy family is one that treasures Jesus together. We understand that this is a process that begins at birth and never really ends. Our hope is to partner with families to pursue a goal of leading Christ centered lives. That’s why our children’s ministries are woven into the fabric of a much larger tapestry that we call Family Ministry.

AWANA age 4 through 5th grade

Awana Kids Club will be starting up on September 14th for kids ages 4 years old through fifth grade.  Awana is a Bible-based curriculum that partners with parents to foster faith at home.  The program encourages scripture memorization, Bible study skills, and cultivates meaningful relationships with peers and leaders.  We want Awana to be a safe place where anyone can come and connect with God and others.

Family Milestones

We believe that milestones that families pass through should be celebrated together with the church. That’s why the Family Ministry intentionally schedules days of celebration with the large church to share these great moments together.

The Sunday MVC kids program is so safe and secure. They have so many security checks that we can leave our kids with confidence that they will be save and learn more and more about our King!
